There are many reasons for the decrease in power of laser marking machines, and common reasons can be found in the following eight points. Here, we will briefly introduce the relevant problems and solutions.
1、 Marking speed too fast
Solution: Slow down the speed.
2、 The output DC voltage of the laser power supply drops by 30V, resulting in a decrease in the laser output power
Solution: Replace the power supply.
3、 Inaccurate optical path system
Solution: Adjust the laser.
Solution: Adjust the position of the beam expander. The incident light should be at the center of the beam expander's entrance hole, and the outgoing light should be at the center of the exit hole.
4、 The surface of the workpiece is no longer in focus on the plane
Solution: Adjust the surface of the workpiece to the focal point
5、 Inaccurate position and direction of the beam mirror
Solution: ① Adjustment requirements for the beam expander;
② Poor adjustment of the beam expander has a significant impact on the laser marking effect, mainly reflected in:
a、 Laser power decreases;
b、 Uneven laser intensity within the marking area;
c、 The computer software setting center deviates from the physical center of the vibrating lens output;
d、 Cannot achieve beam expansion effect.
6、 The laser entering the galvanometer deviates from the center
Solution: Adjust the laser.
7、 Lens and lens have fouling phenomenon
Solution: Clean or replace.
8、 If it has been used for 2-3 years, the end of its service life should be considered
Solution: Inflate or replace the laser with a new one.
