
CO₂ XY Axis Mobile Large Format Laser Marking Machine
The installation of X and Y axes on the laser marking machine essentially adds a high-precision two-dimensional translational motion platform. Its core function is to expand the marking range, adapt to the marking of large-sized workpieces, and enhance the flexibility of multi station batch processing.
The CO₂ laser marking machine uses CO₂ gas as the laser medium, with a wavelength of 10.6um, belonging to the mid infrared frequency band. The CO₂ laser has relatively high power and electro-optical conversion efficiency. The CO₂ laser uses CO₂ gas as the working substance, and fills the discharge tube with CO₂ gas and other auxiliary gases. When a high voltage is applied to the electrode, a glow discharge is generated in the discharge tube, which can cause gas molecules to release laser light. After amplifying the released laser energy, laser processing can be carried out.
